Shipping Policy

Shipping Destinations

  1. We currently offer shipping within the Netherlands, Nigeria, and to selected international destinations.

  2. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.

Processing Time

  1. All orders are processed within 2–7 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  2. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  3. Processing time is separate from delivery time and must be taken into account when estimating receipt of your order.

Shipping Within the Netherlands

  1. Orders shipped within the Netherlands are delivered within approximately 2–4 working days after dispatch.

  2. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

  1. International orders are delivered within approximately 7 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination.

  2. Delivery times may vary due to customs procedures, local courier operations, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

  3. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or third-party carriers.

Tracking Information

  1. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details.

  2. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and ensuring availability to receive their delivery.

Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

  1. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country.

  2. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

  3. We are not liable for any customs-related charges, delays, or confiscations.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  1. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

  2. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

  3. If an order is returned due to incorrect shipping information, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

  1. Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

  2. While we will assist in tracking shipments, we are not liable for loss, delay, or damage caused by third-party couriers.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

  1. If a package is refused or unclaimed and returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs and re-delivery fees.

  2. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
