Returns and Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all wigs, bundles, and hair extensions are eligible for return only if they are unused, unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition.

  2. The lace must not be cut, tinted, plucked, or altered in any way.

  3. Hair must not be washed, brushed, combed, installed, styled or treated with any products.

  4. The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

Non-Returnable Items

  1. Items purchased on sale, during promotions, or at discounted prices are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

  2. Customised, altered, or personalised products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  1. If you receive an incorrect item or a product that is damaged upon delivery, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

  2. Proof in the form of clear photographs and/or videos must be provided before the item is handled or altered.

  3. Claims made after the 48-hour period may not be accepted.

Return Process

  1. All returns must be approved by us prior to being sent back.

  2. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Inspection and Approval

  1. All returned items will be inspected upon receipt.

  2. If the product does not meet the return conditions outlined above, the return will be rejected and sent back to the customer at their expense.

Refunds

  1. Once the return has been approved following inspection, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

  2. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  3. Processing times for refunds may vary depending on your payment provider.

General Conditions

  1. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
